Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Home Registered Manager to join its client’s residential care team based in Stafford.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage a children’s residential home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Support and develop staff to deliver exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and families to ensure the best outcomes for children.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and child-centred practice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • A Full UK Driving Licence
  • A warm, compassionate leadership style and a genuine passion for helping young people flourish
