CQC Consultant - Mock Inspector

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced CQC Consultant / Mock Inspector to support its client's health and social care providers across the UK, primarily within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and Mental Health Services in Aberdeenshire.

• →Conduct mock inspections
• →Carry out compliance audits
• →Perform quality reviews
• →Provide practical guidance to services
• →Support services in achieving and maintaining CQC compliance
• →Ensure delivery of outstanding care standards

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, quality statements, and inspection frameworks
• Experience within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care, and/or Mental Health services
• Previous CQC Inspector or Registered Manager experience highly desirable
• Ability to identify compliance gaps and produce clear improvement plans
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
