Responsibilities

- →Develop Care Plans: Create and adjust individualized care plans.
- →Provide Support and Counselling: Offer emotional support, counselling, and guidance.
- →Coordinate Services: Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations.
- →Advocate for Clients: Ensure clients receive necessary services and support.
- →Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- →Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support in crisis situations.
- →Participate in Meetings: Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in social work.
- Licensure: SWE registration.
- Experience: Previous experience working with adults in social work or related setting preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Empathy, patience, and resilience in challenging situations.
- Requirements: Social Work England registration, eligibility to work in the UK, qualification in Social Work at degree level, and post-qualified experience.
