Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client team based in Medway. This is a flexible hybrid role supporting adult social care across Medway and potentially further afield. You’ll carry out casework remotely and, in the community, with one weekly duty day based in the office at Gun Wharf.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional assessments in homes, supported living, and care settings
• Evaluate ADLs/IADLs and set person-centred goals
• Advise on equipment, adaptations, and environmental changes
• Contribute to CHC, Section 117, and Best Interests decisions
• Collaborate with MDTs and maintain accurate clinical records

Essential Criteria:

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Experience in MH and/or LD services
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
• Knowledge of Care Act, MCA, MHA
• Excellent communication and MDT collaboration

Desirable:

• PBS experience, sensory integration training
• Experience with CHC, DoLS, s.117 reports
