Social Worker - Adult Learning Disabilities Review Team - Manchester

• Join the Learning Disability (LD) Review Team on a short-term basis, contributing to projects focused on least restrictive practice, “My Life My Way,” and disability supported accommodation services (DSAS).
• Conduct strengths-based reviews, assessments, support plans, and Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Best Interests (BI) decisions to ensure appropriate care and funding pathways.
• Review high-cost care packages citywide, prioritising best value while ensuring personalised, outcome-focused support.
• Apply knowledge and experience in learning disability services to promote effective, person-centred practice across the Greater Manchester area.
• Work primarily from the Hulme District Office with flexibility for up to two days of home working per week by agreement.

• SWE registration
