Social Worker – Blackpool – Pre Birth Team

Managing a caseload, undertaking pre-birth assessments, and co-producing plans with parents, families, and wider partnerships. The role also involves chairing Child in Need meetings, core group meetings, and undertaking viability and connected care assessments, risk assessments, birth plans, and court work. Blackpool is looking for a social worker who is an expert in engaging families and other agencies; experience in this area is vital, as well as undertaking parenting assessments, risk assessments, and delivering targeted support and intervention. This is a unique opportunity to join a supportive team passionate about working with families pre-birth and early infancy, committed to ensuring improved outcomes for children and their families.

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
