Social Worker – Family and Support Service

Liquid Personnel is recruiting experienced and passionate Social Workers to join its client's Family and Support Service based in Rochdale.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team, managing a range of complex cases to safeguard and support children and families across the borough.

In this role, you will,

• →Manage a caseload involving Child in Need, Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings, and Court work
• →Undertake assessments and develop outcome-focused care plans
• →Carry out direct work with children and families to promote safety and well-being
• →Prepare high-quality reports and present evidence in court as required
• →Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver effective interventions
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
• →Participate in regular supervision and reflective practice
• →Ensure compliance with Social Work England standards and Rochdale Council policies

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Post-qualified experience in statutory children’s services
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong assessment, communication, and report-writing skills
