Oversee daily operations within the home, supporting and supervising residential staff while ensuring high standards of care for children and young people.
Responsibilities

- →Ensure care plans are implemented and reviewed
- →Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of residents
- →Liaise with external agencies and attend reviews/meetings
- →Provide on-call support and contribute to the on-call rota

- Experience in a supervisory role within residential childcare
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory standards
