SENIOR CONSULTANT SAP WM (S/4HANA) – WILLING TO LEARN EWM

You will build the SAP consulting team in Lithuania, design and implement SAP warehouse management solutions for major industrial clients:  

• You design and optimize warehouse processes in complex interface and transformation projects and guide customers on best-practice SAP logistics execution in demanding interface projects and transformations for major customers in the automotive and manufacturing industry. 

• You implement and enhance SAP WM and Stock Room Management solutions in S/4HANA and grow into SAP EWM as part of your development path. 

• You are responsible for the planning, implementation and documentation of customer requirements and support our customers in finding solutions using best practice methods. 

• You develop functional concepts and development specifications, coordinate test activities and support the expansion of our best practice industry solutions and are responsible for conducting customer workshops and training courses. 

• You will support our customers in greenfield, brownfield or hybrid migrations of their SAP ECC-based systems or landscapes to SAP S/4HANA. 

• On a national and international level, you will be responsible for SAP S/4HANA projects for WM and take on offers, presales tasks and process analyses during agile customer workshops. 

• You will develop best-practice solutions, templates and integrate processes, systems and rollout projects. 

• In addition, you will lead and develop team members in their professional expertise. 

You will be seamlessly embedded in the SAP DACH organization with 4 competence centers and their experienced and collaborative consultants. You will report to the team Lead for SAP Lithuania, which belongs functionally to the portfolio “SAP Transformation” and work in close alignment with the SAP consulting organization.

  Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer S/4HANA on Premise and Cloud implementation projects.

  Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SMEs, logistics executives and a network of professional organizations or affiliations.

  Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts appropriately tailored for the client and their culture.

  Define and estimate total effort for functional team within the area of expertise.

  Manage the deliverables of WM functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget.

  Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with clients.

  Plan and personalize the customer journey while maintaining global scalability and consistency.

  Ensure in time and quality delivery, revenue consumption and profitability management.

  Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems.

  Close cooperation with the SAP Consulting Teams of the region, developing new ideas as well as their distribution, independent search for new opportunities.  

• Completed degree in business administration, engineering, industrial engineering, IT, or related field. 

• Fluent English skills, German skills are beneficial. 

• You are familiar with the SAP product portfolio and have successfully applied SAP Best Practice solutions and the Activate Methodology. 

• 7+ years of SAP WM/LE expertise in ECC and/or S/4HANA delivering implementation and support services for various customers.  

• Strong logistics process understanding and re-engineering experience. 

• Expert in understanding of S/4HANA Stock Room Management. 

• Strong knowledge of warehouse structures, put-away/removal strategies, batch/serial processes, HU management.  

• Integration knowledge with MM, SD, PP. 

• Experience or knowledge in the integration with the other modules. 

• Must have experience in writing functional specifications (WRICEF). 

• Knowledge of technical frameworks, hybrid architectures, or SAP certificates beneficial. 

• Ideally experienced in working in virtual teams and international environment.  

• Experience as team lead managing consultants into S/4Hana implementation projects. 

• High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen. 

• Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong writing, mentoring, decision making and meeting facilitation skills. 

• Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services.
