As a Cultivation Team Member, you'll support key stages of the plant growth cycle, from propagation to harvest, while helping maintain a healthy and thriving cultivation environment. - Stand, kneel, bend, and stoop for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 80 lbs. assisted
- Perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
- Wear required PPE for the duration of the workday
- Lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 80 lbs. with assistance
- Work in greenhouse environments that may exceed 100°F
- Stand, squat, kneel, and work in confined spaces for extended periods
- Exposure to wet, humid, and varying environmental conditions throughout the shift
✔ Must be 21 years of age or older

✔ Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English
⭐ 1+ years of custodial, sanitation, or janitorial experience
⭐ Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and safe operation of custodial equipment
⭐ Familiarity with chemical handling and usage
⭐ Strong organizational and time management skills
⭐ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Maintain plant cultivation in compliance with company policies and state regulations
- →Work closely with Cultivation Supervisors and fellow team members
- →Accurately measure and apply water and nutrients
- →Monitor plant weights and saturation levels
- →Assist with transplanting and moving plants between vegetative and flower rooms
- →Set up trellis systems and support healthy plant growth
- →Complete logbooks and documentation accurately
- →Perform cultivation tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
- →Support additional cultivation activities as assigned
- →Follow NETA policies, procedures, and state regulations
- →Meet weekly production goals established by supervisors
- →Work efficiently and continuously improve productivity
- →Collaborate with a team of 8-16 Trim Technicians daily
- →Wet trim approximately 15-30 cannabis plants per day
- →Assist with de-sticking and additional harvest tasks
- →Conduct quality checks on wet and dry cannabis products
- →Process harvested material accurately and efficiently
- →Maintain excellent attendance and workplace conduct
- →Clean equipment and maintain an organized work area
- →Perform additional duties as assigned
- →Follow company policies and state cannabis regulations
- →Safely use and store cleaning materials
- →Properly dispose of cannabis waste
- →Clean floors, walls, windows, common areas, and workspaces
- →Vacuum rugs and empty trash receptacles
- →Clean and sanitize restrooms
- →Restock facility supplies
- →Notify Facilities Management of repair needs
- →Monitor building safety and security throughout the facility
As a Environmental Services Technician II, you'll play a vital role in keeping our production facility running efficiently by:
✅ Dismantling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling production equipment and machinery
✅ Maintaining cleanliness throughout production and facility areas
✅ Inspecting workspaces and completing required documentation accurately
✅ Safely handling, using, and storing cleaning chemicals and sanitation supplies
✅ Performing deep-cleaning tasks, including:
- →Sweeping and mopping floors
- →Vacuuming rugs and workspaces
- →Washing windows and surfaces
- →Emptying trash and recycling containers
- →Replacing liners and maintaining waste stations
✅ Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and common areas
✅ Reporting maintenance concerns and repair needs to Facilities Management
✅ Updating Safety Data Sheets (SDS) as new cleaning chemicals are introduced
✅ Operating equipment used for cannabis waste disposal when needed

Nice to Have

- Prior cannabis industry experience
The Trim Technician I plays a critical role within the Harvest Department and is responsible for trimming harvested cannabis plants, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily production goals.
The Environmental Services Technician I supports daily custodial and disposal operations, helping maintain a clean, safe, and compliant cultivation facility.
The Environmental Services Tech II is responsible for ensuring the facility and production machinery is provided with adequate and timely custodial services.
