📍 Location: 160 Washington St, Brookline, MA 02445
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time (open availability required) and Part-Time (evening and weekend availability) opportunities available

• →Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service and cannabis education
• →Coach and mentor team members on sales, upselling, customer engagement, and product knowledge
• →Support onboarding, training, and new product launches
• →Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, including opening/closing procedures and operational oversight
• →Help drive sales performance by reinforcing goals, promotions, and key business metrics
• →Assist customers with personalized product recommendations and purchasing decisions
• →Resolve customer concerns and create lasting customer loyalty
• →Process transactions accurately and maintain compliance with state regulations
• →Support merchandising, inventory, and overall store operations

• 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience
• Proven ability to influence sales results and lead by example
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience coaching and developing retail teams
• Cannabis industry experience
