Part-Time Lead Retail Sales Associate

• Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods
• Ability to assist with lifting stock and materials
• Ability to move around the store and retrieve product as needed

• →High School Diploma or equivalent
• →Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
• →2+ years experience in a retail or a similar customer-facing environment where sales and service are critical
• →Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and influence others
• →Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• →Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask, plan, and manage time effectively
• →Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• →Ability to de-escalate and resolve customer concerns professionally
• →Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Proven track record of leadership capabilities
• Experience in coaching and developing retail teams on sales skills
• Cannabis industry experience a plus
