Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Report Center & Analytic Studio/Builder: Tools for creating, visualizing, and sharing reports, dashboards, and custom analytics using conversational data.
- →Data Transporter & Data Services: Infrastructure and pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) large volumes of raw conversational data (e.g., transcripts, metadata, bot interactions) into analytical data stores.
- →Conversational Intelligence (Conv Intelligence) Analytics: Features that leverage AI/ML to derive insights from conversations, suchg as sentiment analysis, topic clustering, and intent detection, and making these insights available through the Analytic Studio.
