As a Duty Manager in Amsterdam,  you’ll ensure Zoku’s operations run smoothly. You'll coach, train and set the team of Sidekicks (the operational all-rounders) up for success, with a focus in 3 different departments (Reception, Bar, M&E and F&B).

Think less traditional restaurant and more Living Kitchen, Kindred Spirits Bar, corporate and creative events, co-working lunches and a unique hybrid hotel experience. All combined in one dynamic environment. 

No day looks the same as a Duty Manager… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect: 

You’ll work independently across different departments, with both morning and afternoon/evening shifts. Your responsibilities and hours may vary, and your flexibility will shine!

• Are social butterflies who love to connect with others and get to know new people.  

• Bring good vibes to the work floor and are genuinely friendly, approachable, and empathetic.  

• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and like to discover new things.  

• Are multi-tasking pros, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities, whilst keeping a cool head and a warm heart.  

• Have worked in an international environment- experience in guest relations is a plus.
