F&B Allrounder (Bar, Service & Check-in - all in one role)

At Zoku, we call our hospitality all-rounders “Sidekicks”. Think of it as a hands-on, guest-focused role that blends barista, service tasks, and check –ins into one dynamic position. You’re the go-to person for our guests and help make their stay smooth, fun, and memorable. 

You’ll start in one department and with time you will be working independently across different departments, with both morning and afternoon/evening or mid shifts. Your responsibilities and hours may/will vary, and your flexibility will shine!

Example of shift times for full-time: 

• Are genuinely friendly, proactive and open.

• Love creating unforgettable stays where people feel at home and connect with others and the city.

• Are eager to excel and help their team members do the same.

• Want to know and share everything about our home city.

• You have worked in hospitality or a similar customer-facing industry before, special focus on F&B preferred.

• You are fluent in English, any other languages are a big plus!

• You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for Vienna

• You are fully flexible, as there are no fixed working days/hours.

• We are looking for 1 part-time 24-32 -Hours per week position.

• A market conform salary package, €2263 gross per month based on full-time.

• Possibility to go on a sidekick exchange program to one of the other Zoku locations (CPH, PAR, AMS, VIE) and work there for a week as a Sidekick.
