We are looking for a data-driven, business-savvy individual to join our Pricing Strategy & Analytics team as a Senior Pricing Analyst! We are seeking a professional who enjoys working with large data sets, solving complex problems, and influencing business outcomes in fast-moving environments, blending technical and strategic skills

As a Sr. Pricing Analyst, your focus will be on real-time pricing and yield optimization. You’ll use market data, internal signals, and advanced analytics to help improve pricing decisions across modes, regions, and customer segments. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to align pricing strategies with broader business objectives.

Job Type: (Exempt) - U.S. Only (Choose one)

Develop data-backed pricing strategies for spot and short-term freight prices

Analyze marketplace dynamics, including supply/demand imbalances and rate volatility

Monitor and adjust pricing levers to improve results per load

Work with internal teams to evaluate short-term pricing opportunities and test hypotheses

Build tools and dashboards that support fast, data-informed decision making

4+ years in pricing, analytics, or strategic roles (preferably in logistics or transportation)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL and data structures (data analysis tools as a plus)

Strong communication skills and an effective team player

Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, balancing priorities
