Sales and Marketing Coordinator

This role is fully remote and would require about 20% of travel with about 10% of travel for quarterly team meetings in South Florida. 

Sales Operations:

• →Process sponsorships from contract through fulfillment.
• →Coordinate sponsor onboarding and maintain accurate internal documentation.
• →Manage the Exhibits inbox by routing inquiries to the appropriate sales representative or program lead.
• →Monitor sponsorship inventory and update availability as opportunities sell out.

Marketing Operations:

• →Learn and manage Marketo for sponsor communications.
• →Customize automated confirmation and follow-up emails.
• →Build and launch email campaigns using graphics and content templates provided by our team.
• →Schedule and monitor email sends.

Website and Meeting Management:

• →Learn and manage Squarespace updates.
• →Update meeting websites as sponsorships sell out.
• →Remove unavailable opportunities.
• →Ensure meeting information remains current and accurate.
• →Coordinate and distribute Basecamp follow-up tasks after each meeting.
• →Help ensure action items are assigned and tracked appropriately.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
