Whether your strengths lie in helping customers troubleshoot issues, guiding them to adopt new features, or ensuring smooth integrations and payment processes, you’ll play a key role in making sure our clients succeed with Lodgify!
  • Customer Support: Provide top-tier support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and customers stay delighted. Share feedback across teams, document bugs, and help improve Lodgify’s platform - all while building strong relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience!
  • Connectivity Specialist: Provide expert guidance on connection types, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and deliver top-notch support via chat, email, and calls. Build strong client relationships, ensure excellent service, and help customers get the most out of Lodgify’s platform.
  • Customer Onboarding Specialist: Take ownership of new customers, assist with account setup, and provide hands-on training to ensure smooth onboarding. Use a consultative approach to drive product adoption, gather feedback, and identify upsell opportunities!
  • Payments Collection Specialist: Manage customer retention, handle billing and collections, and resolve payment issues with a personalized touch. Use your negotiation skills to retain customers, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure smooth account upgrades - all while maintaining strong, positive relationships.
