Life as a Banquet Server:

• Read and execute Banquet Orders
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
• Assists with setting up banquet rooms from 10-120 people and serving meals.
• Greet guests as they arrive.
• Set up, monitor, refresh, and breakdown for coffee breaks, receptions, and buffet tables following specified functions according to group requirements.
• Clean all equipment and return it to its designated areas.

What we're looking for:

• On call schedule
• Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Food handling certificate.
• Provide legible communication.

What to expect in your first few months:

First, you will become familiarized with the hotel and our procedures! From there we'll have you work within the banquet team where your expertise in f&b service will shine! As you continue to work in this role, you'll become a key contributor your team's success!
