Concrete / Carpenter Foreman

• →Coordinates and supervises daily activities of crew.
• →Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• →Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
• →Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
• →Supervise and train workers.
• →Ensure labor and resources are adequate.
• →Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are followed.
• →Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
• →Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget.
• →Resolve problems when they arise.
• →Report progress to managers, engineers etc.

• 5+ years’ experience as a Concrete Foreman OR Carpenter Foreman
• TWIC Card and/or Real ID’s are required.
• Able to manage team members and multiple projects.
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting sketches, blueprints, and detailed drawings
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Ensure labor and resources.

• Accurate and precise attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Outside most of the time.
• Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures
• Manufacturing, pipeline, and refining environment
• Fit and move in confined spaces including tanks and vessels.
• Limited working surfaces
• Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors
• Climbing up and down stairs and ladders to both get in and out of trenches and up to elevated platforms (scaffolding at significant heights)
• Lifting necessary equipment and materials 1-50 pounds, 50% of the time on a monthly basis for required tasks.
• Potential or Periodic amounts of time for the following:
• If driving is required, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurability are required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search. 

This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
