The EHS Administrator – Region provides administrative and operational support to the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) function within a specific region. This role assists with regional compliance, training, documentation, and communication needs, ensuring that EHS programs are executed consistently with corporate standards and regulatory requirements. The position also plays a key role in coordinating PPE management and supporting field-level safety efforts.
Responsibilities

- →Collect, validate, and organize regional safety documentation, including inspections, audits, incident reports, training documentation and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
- →Assist with the implementation of regional safety campaigns, initiatives, and awareness programs.
- →Maintain regional safety bulletin boards, tracking sheets, and compliance calendars.
- →Schedule and track regional employee safety training (e.g., OSHA 10/30, site-specific programs).
- →Support field supervisors with training compliance by maintaining accurate records in systems such as KPA.
- →Assist with coordination and implementation of onboarding, trainings, meetings and ensure materials needed for such are maintained.
- →Assist in the development and distribution of training materials and toolbox talks.
- →Maintain inventory of PPE supplies; issue equipment to employees as needed and track distribution.
- →Coordinate PPE replacement orders and specialty equipment requests in collaboration with field teams.
- →Assist in the entry and follow-up of incident reports from field staff as necessary.
- →Track regional corrective actions and escalate overdue items to site leadership or the Regional Safety Manager.
- →Prepare documentation and files for internal and external audits.
- →Ensure field documentation is submitted on time and filed in digital systems like KPA.
- →Distribute safety bulletins, training reminders, and updated procedures to relevant field teams.
- →Coordinate and document regional safety meetings: send invitations, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- →Respond to EHS-related inquiries from field personnel, subcontractors, or management.
- →Assist with special projects, initiatives, or pilot programs aimed at improving health and safety practices.
- →Help reinforce the company’s safety culture by supporting recognition programs (e.g., Good Catch submissions, Near Miss reporting, Safety Observations).
- →Assist/support Regional level EHS Director and field teams as needed.
- →SDS maintenance and updates within the relevant platform for region.
- →Other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to be flexible, prioritize and multitask work quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Safety, or related field preferred
- Experience with EH&S platforms (KPA, eBinder, ISNetworld, Avetta, etc.) is a plus
- Experience preferably in safety, compliance, or industrial setting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
