Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- →Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
- →Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites
- →Independently start and manage projects
- →Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
- →Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
- →Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Requirements
~1 min read- Have experience managing 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
- Have demonstrated success supervising 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites
- Have experience leading both large construction and data center projects
- Have experience utilizing prefabrication
- Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
- Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
- Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications

- Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.
- Outdoor industrial sites with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, extreme weather, uneven terrain, or other environmental factors.
