The Finance Intern supports the Finance team in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls across the organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to construction and corporate finance, offering opportunities to develop practical financial, analytical, and business skills while working alongside experienced finance professionals..
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and monthly close activities
- →Support budgeting and forecasting processes at the project and corporate level
- →Help analyze project costs, revenue, and financial performance metrics
- →Assist with data collection, validation, and reconciliation across financial systems
- →Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities as needed
- →Prepare summaries and presentations for finance and leadership teams
- →Assist with financial modeling, trend analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis
- →Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements
~1 min read- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial systems or Power BI is a plus
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive financial data
