Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications and industry best practices.
- → Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and material usage.
- → Coordinate with other trades on the job site.
- → Work with Foremen to troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues that may arise.
- → Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- → Ensure all welds meet required standards and specifications.
- → Identify and correct any defects or deficiencies.
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Iron Worker/Welder.
- Strong knowledge of ironworking and welding techniques, including layout and erection.
- Experience with a variety of welding processes (e.g., 3G, 4G, SMAW).
- Excellent safety record and a strong commitment to safety.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

- Ability to lift and up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend stretch and climb for extended periods.

- Outdoor construction setting with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, extreme weather, uneven terrain, and other environmental factors.
This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
