Iron Worker

• → Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications and industry best practices.
• → Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and material usage.
• → Coordinate with other trades on the job site.
• → Work with Foremen to troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues that may arise.
• → Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• → Ensure all welds meet required standards and specifications.
• → Identify and correct any defects or deficiencies.

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Iron Worker/Welder.
• Strong knowledge of ironworking and welding techniques, including layout and erection.
• Experience with a variety of welding processes (e.g., 3G, 4G, SMAW).
• Excellent safety record and a strong commitment to safety.
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

• Outdoor construction setting with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, extreme weather, uneven terrain, and other environmental factors.
