Project Controls Coordinator

• →Manage change order entry and contract modifications within Vista.
• →Maintain contract values and revenue tracking.
• →Support forecasting reviews and project financial analysis.
• →Assist with project audits and compliance reviews.
• →Coordinate project closeout activities and documentation.
• →Support project leadership with reporting and project controls processes.
• →Mentor and assist Project Controls Coordinators.
• →Ensure compliance with company procedures and controls

• 3–7 years of construction administration, contracts, project accounting, or project controls experience.
• Understanding of construction financial controls and change management.
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Vista ERP preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

This position is primarily office-based with moderate travel (approximately 25–30%) to Loenbro job sites, training facilities, and regional offices across the U.S. While visiting field environments, the incumbent may be exposed to industrial construction site conditions and will be expected to follow all applicable safety protocols.
