• →Weld Map Isometric drawings
• →Weld & piping Inspections
• →Project turnover experience
• →Enter welding and inspection information into tracking tool
• →Assist with pressure testing plans
• →Review and File NDE/NDT Reports
• →Work with NDE personnel for planning and execution of work
• →Assemble and review project documentation packages
• →Perform and document inspections based on drawings, specifications, and procedures to determine compliance.
• →Test welders and perform weld inspections
• →Review welding requirements and ensure welding procedures comply
• →Create and implement Project Quality Assurance Plans
• →Provide support and training to other inspectors
• →Write inspection and test plans (I&TP’s)

• →Plan and execute Root Cause Analysis’ and Corrective Action Reports

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

• Current AWS CWI or ASNT VT II certification
• Strong knowledge of NDT methods with ASNT-SNT-TC-1A training/hours
• Experience generating turnover packages
• Proficiency In reading and Interpreting drawings
• Knowledge of key Industry codes and standards (ASME, AWS, ACI, AISC, NACE)
• 5+ years of Quality Control Inspector experience
• Experience working under a Quality Management Program
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
• High organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.
• Outdoor industrial sites with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, extreme weather, uneven terrain, or other environmental factors.
• Fabrication shop with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.
• Travel requirements: up to 10% of time.
