LOGEX is a leader in healthcare analytics, transforming complex data into actionable insights that help organizations make better decisions and improve outcomes.
You will be part of the internal Data Warehouse (DWH) team, a newly established team within LOGEX that will initially consist of around 5 team members. This team represents a new domain within the organization, focused on building and centralizing our internal data foundation.
The team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the internal data warehouse and ensuring consistent, reliable, and scalable data across all business domains. This includes enabling reporting and analytics for functions such as Finance, Product and Tech, Sales, HR, and Customer Office.
Our goal is to create a single source of truth that supports LOGEX in making data-driven decisions. This ranges from financial and operational reporting to performance insights, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. By building a strong and future-proof data foundation, the team plays a key role in improving internal processes, increasing transparency, and supporting the continued growth of LOGEX.
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our internal data platform. You create scalable and reliable data pipelines that enable analytics and reporting across the organization.
Because this is a new team, you will have the opportunity to build from scratch defining architecture, standards, and ways of working. We are therefore looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys creating structure in an evolving environment.
You will work closely with Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, and stakeholders across the business.
