We’re in search of a highly motivated, talented, and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our Lomography Manila office. As the Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing reporting tasks, assisting with customer support, filing customer cases, ensuring seamless day-to-day order processing and pre-order processing, and assisting with warehouse communications. You’ll work closely with our Online team and other departments in our local, regional and international team to support both our local and international operations. ABOUT LOMOGRAPHY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist customer support teams and resolve issues in online listings or transactions.

  • Handle customer concerns, file cases to our QC tool, and file case evidences

  • Manage day-to-day operations and optimization of the Lomography Online Shop.

  • Order Processing & Pre-Order processing incl communication with customers 

  • Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Sales & Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, customer support or a similar role

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite, especially spreadsheets.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Familiarity with Lomography or passion for analogue photography is a plus.

  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
