For our subsidiary in Hong Kong, we are looking for an Accounting Clerk/ Finance & Administration Officer . In this role, you will work in the Finance and Administration team closely with sales and logistics department and also with the Lomography Headquarter and other subsidiaries over the world to support the operations of the company with various topics related to Finance and Administration.

       Responsible for daily Logistics operation, inbound and outbound shipment (Online and Wholesale)

        Process and respond to relevant online customer service inquiries

• →

       Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., S/O, invoices, packing lists, AWB, bookings, etc.)

• →

    Handle export and import customs declarations (via Tradelink/eBiz)

• →

       Coordinate with the warehouse and Wholesale team to ensure shipping orders are fulfilled on schedule and prepare reports as necessary

• →

       Collaborate with China counterparts, factories, suppliers, and clients to ensure accurate documents and shipping instructions

• →

       Assist in gathering data for logistics cost analysis and process improvements in overall logistics operations

• →

       Support or participate in ad-hoc or new projects assigned by supervisor
