Monitor CCTV and help keeping the community safe by following the CCTV Code of Practice.
Support frontline teams, including the Metropolitan Police, Carry out data checks across multiple systems and maintain high‑quality reports. Handle Out‑of‑Hours calls, including raising urgent housing repairs and processing social services referrals. Play a key part in ensuring the council’s services run smoothly during the most critical hours.
Shift Pattern
You’ll be part of our Late/Night Shift team:
Shifts operate between 16:00 and 06:00 (7.2 hours per shift + 48‑minute meal break).
You’ll work three weekends out of four, as well as Bank Holidays on rotation.
This is a role for someone who understands the importance of working in a fast‑paced, out‑of‑hours environment.
You’ll be joining a dedicated team that values teamwork, and public service. Training will be provided, to assist with your development.
