Responsibilities

Share your time travelling throughout BC and Alberta to support store merchandising needs
Create visually appealing store layouts that enhance customer experience and promote sales
Coordinate showroom designs and stock placement tailored to each store’s sales history and inventory requirements
Maintain high merchandising standards that reflect brand consistency and drive customer engagement

Work closely with local store teams to promote standard merchandising techniques and best practices
Build strong relationships with staff across multiple locations
Support a positive, collaborative, and solutions‑focused team environment

Balance creativity with physical activity in a role that requires lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Utilize basic Excel and Microsoft Office tools to support planning and reporting

Comfortable with a fluctuating schedule and travel throughout BC and Alberta for out‑of‑town projects or new store setups
Detail‑oriented, creative, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments
Able to work independently while contributing positively to team dynamics
Skilled at managing multiple priorities under pressure
Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
