This role is responsible for leading CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) room readiness quality and commissioning activities on behalf of the facility owner. The position works closely with construction, EHS, and client stakeholders to ensure spaces are prepared, compliant, and ready for turnover. The individual will play a critical role in validating quality, safety, and commissioning readiness across assigned project areas.
Responsibilities

- →Manage civil, structural, and architectural quality and commissioning delivery on behalf of the facility owner.
- →Conduct room readiness quality and commissioning walks in coordination with construction EHS, owner EHS, and room owners.
- →Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
- Strong understanding of CSA construction processes and room readiness requirements.
- Experience supporting QA/QC and commissioning activities within construction environments.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including construction, EHS, and client stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess quality, safety, and readiness for turnover.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve field issues efficiently.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Quality or commissioning-related certifications preferred.
Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
