We are seeking a PSSS Construction Manager, providing project management, risk management, and project controls throughout all phases of project execution. This person reports directly to the MEP Manager and serves as the primary liaison between the GC, vendor, trades, client, and project design team. 

Involved in construction projects ranging from new builds to modifications of existing systems. Owns pre-construction efforts including authoring bid package RFPs, subcontractor pre-qualifications, statements of work, and construction estimates to establish project budgets. Establishes and monitors key project milestones and schedules related to scope of work.

Leads coordination efforts, including weekly owner meetings and participation in superintendent and QA/QC field meetings. Reviews and approves subcontractor proposals, change orders, project estimates, invoices, and close-out documentation, and presents them to the owner for final approval.

  • Serves as primary interface with the owner and Engineer of Record (EOR)
  • Provides leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination
  • Partners with owner’s management team to develop and execute overall project program
  • Manages and directs Project Superintendent, QA/QC Project Manager, and Project Engineer
  • Develops and owns Site-Specific Safety, No Impact, Risk Management, and Change Control Plans
  • Supports development of Site Logistics Plan in coordination with Project Superintendent
  • Collaborates with design teams from Basis of Design (BOD) through Issued for Construction (IFC) documentation
  • Leads subcontractor prequalification, RFP development, and bid review process for owner approval
  • Participates in design reviews to ensure compliance with local and project requirements
  • Supports change management processes and plan-of-record updates with owner and engineering teams
  • Reviews and approves project documentation including logs, meeting minutes, and close-out packages
  • Develops detailed scopes of work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensures QA/QC program implementation and directs QA/QC PM throughout construction
  • Oversees commissioning process and ensures compliance with all customer requirements
  • Reviews and approves project budgets, forecasts, and change orders
  • Leads project close-out and ensures successful turnover
  • All other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role
  • 10+ years of Construction/Project Management experience in a semiconductor facility with PSSS scope, is required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in matrixed organizations
  • Solid understanding of Risk Management and Project Controls, with ability to adapt to project needs
  • High-level understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and lifecycle cost analysis
  • Skilled in maintaining schedule discipline and meeting aggressive project milestones in complex environments.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree or technical certificate in a related field preferred but not required.
  • Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
