You will work closely with a highly competent team and get to know all aspects of Customer Support and Quality Assurance of our Music Maker JAM app. You will be an integral part of our products, helping our users have the best experience possible with regards to a reliable support.
We are looking for a student who can work approximately 20 hours per week.
- Providing technical and general support via email in English (proficiency in English is a must)
- Monitoring violation reports in our online music community and taking action on inappropriate behavior
- Keeping the community updated about new app features, music remix competitions and more
- Supporting users who file issues and questions on our social media channels
- Manual QA testing of new product features on Android/iOS
- Liasing with the development team, completing and updating test reports
- Various other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements

- You are a EU citizen or your current visa allows you to work as a working student in Germany
- The right combination of passion and patience
- You have an eye for detail and can work in a logical and analytical manner
- You get up to speed with new systems and concepts quickly
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as well as excellent communication skills
- Background in Quality Assurance or Customer Support support is a plus
- Knowledge in digital music production or software production is a plus
- Available from July 2026 on and for at least 9-12 months (more is a plus)
