IT Systems Administrator

As Lovelytics continues to scale, we are looking for a customer-focused Systems Administrator to elevate our internal IT experience. This role is a perfect blend of process improvement and hands-on support; you will optimize our onboarding workflows for hardware provisioning, lead new application implementations, and serve as a trusted technical resource for our entire team.

Must be willing to come onsite to our Arlington, VA or Chicago, IL office 2-3 times per week. 

Identity & Access Management

• →Manage onboarding, offboarding, access changes, and role-based permissions across core systems
• →Administer Okta (SSO, MFA, provisioning, groups, integrations)
• →Maintain secure access across business-critical SaaS platforms

Endpoint & Device Management

• →Provision and support macOS/Windows devices across distributed teams
• →Manage MDM tools (Kandji (Iru), Intune, Apple Business Manager) for deployment, patching, and compliance
• →Troubleshoot device, application, VPN, and access issues

SaaS Administration & IT Operations

• →Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Salesforce, GitHub, and related tools
• →Manage licenses, permissions, security settings, and process improvements
• →Provide escalated IT support, ticketing oversight, asset management, and vendor coordination

Security & Compliance

• →Support SOC 2, NIST, and CIS-aligned IT controls
• →Assist with endpoint security, access reviews, audit readiness, and incident response

 Required Skills & Experience: 

• →3+ years in IT administration, systems administration, or internal IT operations
• →Must have 2+ years of experience with Okta including, Okta Workflows, SCIM/SAML/IDC/LDAP as well as Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• →Experience with SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and SaaS administration
• →Must have at least 2+ years of experience in macOS/Windows MDM administration (JAMF/Iru/Intune), including support tools and device deployment/troubleshooting.
• →Strong troubleshooting, communication, and process improvement skills

• Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Kandji (Iru), Jamf, Intune, CrowdStrike
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
