- Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 per year + pro-sal (no negative accrual)

- A schedule that respects your time. Our last appointment of the day is at 5:30pm (M/T/F) and 6:30pm (W/H). We offer a 4-day work week with consistent weekday hours, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities. Doctors work until close, with a daily lunch hour reserved between 1pm–2pm.

We are seeking an experienced small animal veterinarian who is confident in general practice medicine and routine soft tissue surgery and is interested in future leadership opportunities. The ideal candidate is collaborative, genuine, and communicates clearly with both clients and teammates while thriving in a supportive, family-like culture. Interest in transitioning into a Medical Director role and exploring partnership is encouraged, with Spanish language skills considered a plus.
