Responsibilities

- →Provide comprehensive leadership in property management through the development and interpretation of policies and programs, coordination of information flow, and strategic planning.
- →Offer direction and leadership to Property Management staff, fostering career development opportunities for property management professionals.
- →Monitor budget variances and ensure a seamless recovery process.
- →Oversee the billing process, including the management of invoice payments and fund disbursements.
- →Collaborate with the Property Manager to monitor cash flow and cash requirements, ensuring optimal cash utilization.
- →Supervise the preparation of reports, annual budgets, and other documentation for the owner in accordance with the management agreement.
- →Facilitate the timely collection of management fees and reimbursements for overhead costs.
- →Maintain communication with third-party owners to ensure full contract compliance and accurate, timely reporting.
- →Address tenant relations issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- →Conduct regular property inspections alongside staff.
- →Manage construction projects in collaboration with the Construction Manager, including the approval of construction contracts and invoices.
- →Ensure adherence to Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, regulations, and directives from governmental agencies.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate property management or a related field.
Requirements
~1 min read- CPM, RPA, or CSM designation.
- Possession of a real estate license.
- Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
- Demonstrated experience in the management, evaluation, development, and motivation of team members.
- Ability to effectively lead a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors.
- Previous experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
This position operates within a professional office environment. The role routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Regular travel between properties may be required in varying weather conditions.
The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to travel between floors, climb stairs, and may be required to move between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for 85% of the time; frequently use hands to operate office machinery; and regularly engage in walking, talking, and hearing.
This position is 100% in-office. The role requires presence in the office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not available for this position.
