The Market Research Associate serves as the day-to-day market research resource for an assigned local leasing team, working directly with brokers to identify where clients should pursue space, expand, or steer clear of based on current market conditions. Reporting to the Director, Market Research, this role owns the data collection, reporting, and CoStar administration that keep the leasing team's market view current and accurate.

The Associate meets regularly with brokers to discuss active assignments and translates market data into materials that support client conversations, pitches, and proposals.
