  • Profesional universitario graduado en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en cargos de jefatura o gerenciales en el área de TI, preferiblemente en instituciones financieras.
  • Manejo de Bases de datos Oracle.
  • Administración de hipervisores (VMware).
  • Sistemas operativos Linux, Solaris y otros entornos corporativos.
  • Conocimiento de normativa que regula las instituciones supervisadas por el BCR y la SSF.
  • Dirigir la estrategia tecnológica y asegurar la seguridad cibernética y protección de datos.
  • Planificar, ejecutar y supervisar proyectos de tecnología alineados con los objetivos corporativos.
  • Liderar la implementación de nuevas soluciones de software y procesos de migración de sistemas legacy.
  • Administrar la infraestructura tecnológica y coordinar el soporte técnico de alto nivel.
  • Gestionar el equipo de TI, promoviendo la eficiencia, desarrollo y colaboración.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa del Banco Central de Reserva y la Superintendencia del Sistema Financiero.
  • Preparar y presentar informes y presentaciones ejecutivas sobre avances tecnológicos y riesgos.
