Is This YOU? Then We Want to Meet You!
We are hiring a Customer Support Associate to own substitute compliance and onboarding across several of our active markets, while also serving as a frontline support contact for activated substitutes and centers across all markets. This role sits at the center of daily operations, making sure substitutes get ready to work quickly and that both substitutes and centers get fast, accurate help when they need it.


You will develop a strong understanding of state-specific compliance requirements and how childcare centers use our platform, so you can guide substitutes from signup all the way through their first shift and beyond. You will be guided by our Customer Success Operations leads to deeply understand compliance and what it takes for a substitute to become ready to work.

Requirements
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience in onboarding, customer support, customer success, or operations (required).
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable multitasking across chat, calls, email, and administrative platforms.

Your Mission Will Be To:
  • Guide new substitutes through compliance and platform onboarding across assigned markets so they become ready to work.
  • Keep substitutes engaged throughout onboarding and reduce drop-off before the first shift.
  • Respond to inbound substitute and center messages via support chat, providing clear answers and taking appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Handle inbound center calls, making sure directors and administrators get timely support and accurate information.
  • Monitor and respond to the email support line for all inbound inquiries across markets.
  • Coordinate transportation for substitutes by calling Ubers to ensure they arrive at scheduled shifts on time.
