Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
A self-starter with 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of leadership in a marketing role
Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and content creation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Experience in managing budgets and leading high-performing teams
Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to interpret insights to drive strategic decisions
Experience with or ability to quickly become proficient in CRM and marketing automation
Passion for narrative art and commitment to the museum’s mission and values
