At Lucid, AI is not a side initiative—it is a core enabler of how we design, build, and operate world-class electric vehicles. We are seeking an Enterprise AI Architect to define and lead Lucid’s AI strategy across IT, architecture, design, and governance as we scale intelligent systems.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and responsible AI, partnering closely with IT, Business, Security, Legal, and executive leadership. You will shape how AI is selected, built, governed, and delivered across Lucid’s most critical platforms and workflows.
- Lead AI enablement across core enterprise platforms including Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA & BTP, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, embedding AI directly into CRM, ERP, collaboration, and ITSM workflows.
- Own Lucid’s enterprise AI reference architecture, spanning LLMs, RAG patterns, vector databases, multimodal pipelines, agentic workflows, and MLOps foundations.
- Define enterprise AI standards, guardrails, and design patterns that balance speed, security, compliance, and ethical use.
- Establish an AI maturity model and adoption roadmap with clear criteria for experimentation, scale, and production readiness.
- Partner with Security and Legal on AI risk management, model provenance, third-party model evaluation, and regulatory readiness.
- Translate AI performance into clear business outcomes, publishing impact scorecards that resonate with executive stakeholders.
- Mentor architects, engineers, and data scientists while elevating AI literacy across the organization.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or related STEM field (Masters Preferred)
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture, platform engineering, or large‑scale systems design.
- 5+ years delivering AI/ML solutions, including generative AI and LLMbased systems.
- Deep experience with modern AI stacks, cloud AI platforms, and data architecture.
- Proven ability to lead AI governance, lifecycle management, and ethical AI practices.
- Strong executive level communication and influence.
