About Lucid

Drives financial planning, cost target setting, and advanced cost modeling to support manufacturing competitiveness. Owns financial reporting and variance analysis, delivering actionable insights to inform both operational and strategic decision-making. Leads business case development, investment analysis, benchmarking, and cost optimization initiatives. Acts as a key finance partner to the manufacturing team, ensuring alignment and maintaining end-to-end cost discipline across all operational areas.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a professional certification preferred.
Brings 3–6 years of finance experience, including exposure to manufacturing environments.
Demonstrates experience in Supply Chain, Product Costing, BoM structures, FP&A, or other large-scale operations.
Possesses strong financial modeling capabilities and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, along with exposure to data visualization tools, is considered an advantage.
Maintains a solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Exhibits a strong understanding of headcount planning, workforce cost management, payroll accounting, and core accounting principles, including accruals and financial statements.
Applies an analytical mindset to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and manage cross-functional relationships.
Maintains high attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and internal controls.
Operates effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supported by strong communication and presentation skills.
