At Lucid Motors, we’re building the future of electric mobility and marketing plays a key role in how we tell that story, reach customers, and drive demand. As a Marketing Data & Analytics Intern, you’ll help our marketing team make better, faster decisions by turning data into clear insights. You’ll work across channels (web, campaigns, paid media, etc.), help track performance from awareness to conversion, and support reporting that drives weekly priorities and long-term strategy. This is a great internship if you enjoy problem-solving, working with numbers, and seeing how data impacts real business decisions.
Responsibilities
~1 min readYou’ll support marketing performance tracking, reporting, and analysis helping the team understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next.
- →Collect and consolidate marketing data from multiple channels (campaigns, web traffic, funnel performance, etc.)
- →Track and report key performance metrics such as:
- →Campaign performance and ROI
- →Website traffic and engagement
- →Conversion rates across the funnel (upper-funnel awareness → lower-funnel conversion)
- →Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and related efficiency metrics
- →Own the weekly marketing dashboard: update, maintain, and ensure it’s accurate and easy to use
- →Produce recurring reports (e.g., brand health, sales funnel, department KPIs) and support ad-hoc requests
- →Support monthly marketing budget reporting and basic performance-to-spend tracking
- →Support in maintaining and improving marketing forecasting models to enhance forecast accuracy and efficiency
- →Work with stakeholders across Marketing (and beyond) to interpret results and present insights clearly
- →Maintain data accuracy and consistency by performing regular checks/audits and aligning across sources
We’re looking for someone who is curious, structured, and excited about using data to improve marketing performance.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor (HBO or WO), preferably in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- Comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions (you don’t need to know everything, learning mindset matters)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Clear communicator, able to summarize insights in a simple, structured way
- Able to collaborate with a team and also manage tasks independently
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt when priorities change
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (required)
- Genuine interest in marketing analytics and the automotive/EV space
Nice to Have

This internship is designed to help you build practical analytics skills while contributing to real marketing decisions.
- Hands-on experience with real-world marketing performance data across channels and funnel stages
- A strong foundation in dashboarding, reporting, KPI tracking, and insight storytelling
- Exposure to how a premium EV brand approaches marketing strategy, measurement, and optimization
