PD Engineer Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for sample preparation of package（Include die attach/ring dispenser/phosphor dispenser/test ）；

2. Product evaluation and raw material evaluation, etc.；
3. Relevant working experience in LED packaging plant is preferred.

Qualifications:

1.Have dexterous hands and good hands-on ability, and strong learning ability；

2. Complete tasks on time and arrange overtime for urgent tasks；
3. Bachelor Degree ；Has good logical thinking and problem-solving skills ；no myopia, no color blindness；
4. Familiar with the basic operation of computer and use office software; Have basic English reading and writing skills；
6. Work conscientiously and responsibly, with strong executive ability；
7. Can adapt to the working environment of dust-free room.
