As a Technical Program Manager for Power Electronics, you won't just manage schedules; you will own the end-to-end execution of complex, industry-defining engineering programs from initial concept through volume manufacturing. You will serve as the critical linchpin aligning our global engineering, supply chain, and external partners. - Own end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of mission-critical power electronics programs, ensuring aggressive milestones are met and risks are surfaced early
- Serve as the connective tissue across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and product quality—aligning global teams and resolving roadblocks without relying on direct authority
- Drive technical design reviews and guide design trade-offs to ensure robust performance, manufacturability, and schedule integrity
- Develop and communicate mitigation strategies for budget, resource, and timeline risks before they become blockers
- Coordinate prototype and early-stage production builds with contract manufacturers, rapidly identifying and resolving issues to accelerate time-to-market
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve technical outcomes, and drive operational efficiency across the program
- BS or MS in an Engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on program management experience in power electronics, PCBA design, hardware development, or systems engineering
- Demonstrated success taking complex, multi-disciplinary programs from concept to high-volume production
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Clear communicator who can distill technical complexity into actionable insights for engineering teams, vendors, and executive leadership
- Genuine passion for renewable energy and building the infrastructure needed to accelerate the clean energy transition
