The team
The Process Improvement (PI) team is a multidisciplinary function that collaborates across the business to eliminate repetitive operations and help everyone "work smarter."

The role
This is a brand-new, exciting opportunity we’ve never had before! As our very first Engineering Document Writer, you will have the unique opportunity to shape how we capture and share technical knowledge across our manufacturing operations. You will bridge the gap between engineering experts and shop-floor teams, turning complex technical methods into clear, engaging Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), visual work instructions, and process guides from the ground up.
