Spa Therapist (External)

 

The successful candidate will complete onboarding at LUSH Spa Cardiff on the 15th June 2026 and during this period will learn about the brand, meet your new colleagues and begin training.

Upon completion of the onboarding period in Cardiff, you will attend a 6-week training course at the LUSH Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset. This training period will run Monday through Friday and you will learn our core treatments.

Travel expenses to and from Poole will be covered by LUSH.  Additionally, accommodations in Poole will be provided for the duration of your stay.

Start date: 15th June 2026 in Cardiff store

Pay: Your hourly wage is based on your experience.

Location: You will be based at LUSH Spa Cardiff with occasional travel to offer spa support, receive or deliver training, and assist with meetings and events if requested. Working from home isn’t permitted.

Hours: 22 hours per week.

Availability:
Must include Thursday, Friday and Saturday or Sunday.
Your working hours are determined by your Spa and Shop Manager and Trainee Managers to determine which days and hours work best, considering the spa's peak trading times and the need to be flexible to the business.

As a LUSH Spa Therapist, you'll be responsible for delivering our range of unique and therapeutic spa treatments to our customers. You'll create a calming and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring each client feels pampered and rejuvenated. You'll also play a key role in promoting the spa and its offerings, acting as a brand ambassador for LUSH.
