Recently renovated and refreshed, the Mall of America shop offers an exciting opportunity to lead a modern retail environment designed to enhance the customer and team experience.  As Store Manager, you'll lead a large, high-performing team, partner closely with regional leadership, and help shape the future of one of our most visible businesses.

You'll lead through a team of Assistant Store Managers and Floor Leaders, developing future leaders while driving business results in one of LUSH's busiest stores. 

• Lead a high-impact retail business: Partner with your Assistant Store Manager and Floor Leaders to lead one of LUSH's busiest locations, creating exceptional customer experiences while driving business results.
• Grow as a leader: Develop future retail leaders, strengthen your own leadership skills, and build your career with a company that is committed to promoting from within. Gain exposure to different areas of the business while continuing to grow as a retail leader.
• Expand your influence: Participate in Manager meetings, leadership events, and other opportunities to connect with LUSH leaders across North America. Share your expertise by supporting other Store Managers through training, coaching, and special projects.
• Contribute beyond your store: Take part in projects that support the growth of the LUSH retail experience, including opportunities related to training, visual merchandising, and operational improvements.
• Be recognized for your impact: In addition to your base salary, Store Managers are eligible for bonus programs tied to business results. Annual compensation reviews provide opportunities for growth based on sales performance, KPI achievement, and overall contribution to the business.

As Store Manager, you'll create an exceptional experience for both customers and employees while leading a high-performing business. Success in this role comes from developing people, building an inclusive culture, making data-informed decisions, and delivering operational excellence.

• Lead your team to exceed sales goals while creating welcoming, inclusive, and memorable customer experiences.
• Inspire passion for the LUSH brand by educating customers and staff on our values, products, and ethical business practices.
• Use KPIs, reporting, and business insights to develop action plans that drive sustainable sales growth.
• Build product expertise and coach your team to confidently recommend the best products for every customer.

• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
• Build a strong leadership team through ongoing coaching, meaningful feedback, and tailored development plans. Share your expertise by supporting the development of other leaders across the business through training, mentorship, and special projects. 
• Foster an inclusive environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
• Address performance with empathy, accountability, and clear expectations that support both individual and business success.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and product rotation while minimizing waste and staying within budget.
• Maintain merchandising standards that create an inspiring customer experience and support sales performance.
• Build schedules that balance customer needs, employee wellbeing, and payroll goals.
• Partner with Assistant Store Managers, Floor Leaders, and regional leadership to prioritize the business, develop leaders, and execute key initiatives.

• 3 - 5 years of experience managing in a retail environment
• Experience leading teams through coaching, feedback, development, and performance management
• Proven experience in successfully sourcing, recruiting and developing top talent
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, operational planning, and business reporting
• Flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for training, meetings and workshops

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Experience developing future retail leaders
• Experience analyzing sales and operational metrics
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages

Salary: $72,500
