Corporate Flight Attendant

We are currently seeking an experienced, polished and service-oriented Corporate Flight Attendant to join our Hong Kong-based operation, delivering an exceptional and highly personalised travel experience for VVIP passengers. 

In this role, you will uphold the highest standards of safety, hospitality, cabin presentation and service excellence throughout every journey. 

Key responsibilities include:  

• Support the pilots in the safe and efficient conduct of each flight. 

• Maintain safety standards across the passenger cabin, galley and all other relevant areas of the aircraft. 

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort in accordance with Luxaviation policies and procedures. 

• Execute and coordinate cabin safety and emergency procedures in line with the operations manual. 

• Complete all pre-flight, in-flight and post-flight duties accurately and on time. 

• Maintain the aircraft cabin, galley and bathrooms to the highest presentation standards. 

• Deliver premium catering and silver service in accordance with passenger preferences and approved catering procedures. 

• Complete all required operational documentation in line with company procedures. 

• Maintain aircraft and passenger equipment, stock and onboard supplies. 

• Ensure all key personal documentation remains valid, including passports, visas, licence, medical, crew ID and vaccinations. 

• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Pilot in Command or requested by passengers and guests. 
  

Key selection criteria: 

• Extensive commercial First Class and Business Class premium cabin experience gained with an international airline. 

• Minimum 5 years of Private Jet or VVIP cabin experience. 

• Holds valid, unrestricted working rights in Hong Kong. 

• Warm, polished and discreet, with demonstrated experience delivering highly personalised service to high-net-worth individuals, VVIPs or discerning clientele. 

• Strong understanding of cabin safety procedures and operational standards. 

• Genuine passion for delivering memorable, personalised passenger experiences. 

• Calm composed and adaptable in a dynamic business aviation environment. 

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and time management skills. 

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to service excellence. 

• High level of personal accountability, professionalism and discretion. 

• Collaborative team player who is also confident working independently. 

• Impeccable grooming, presentation and professional etiquette. 

• Flexible and willing to work weekends, public holidays and irregular flight patterns as required. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. 

• Resourceful and solutions-focused, with the ability to respond gracefully to challenging passenger and operational requirements. 

• Strong understanding of confidentiality, discretion and VVIP service etiquette. 
  
  

Language requirements: 

• Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
